Our first solo show displaying artworks made with the molten glass 3D printer.
The first series of 3D printed art that Michael Stern created with Evenline’s Mark III glass printer. Each artwork asks a new question of the process while delving into the relationships closest to him— wife, daughter, and family - by blood and choice.
It’s not only what we make. It’s the materials we make it with that turns stuff into art. We built a 26” diameter glass cymbal for an experimental musical performance. This became an episode of a PBS show Confluence called “The Material World”.
